From Toronto or London, take Hwy 401 to Hwy 24 South to Park Hill Rd. West (right).

From Kitchener or Hamilton, take Hwy 8 to Hwy 24 South to Park Hill Rd. West (right).

10:30 am - 2.5 km
11:00 am - 5 km

Course
The 2010 event will be an out and back route along George St.
The start and finish lines will be adjacent to Dickson Arena.

Official T-Shirt - Registration fee includes a souvenir t-shirt for the first 400 registrants.

Individual Medals & Team Trophies
Pledge Prizes - Each $20 donation entitles you to receive one ticket in the draw for your chance to win a great prize! (NOTE: Only 1 prize per participant)
Refreshments - Lunch is courtesy of Domino's Pizza.

Team Criteria
Minimum three participants - No maximum. Must include males & females.
Each team member must complete an entry form and sign the Waiver. The information on this form will be treated with the utmost discretion.

In-line skaters are welcome to participate and register. We have no competitive divisions for skaters. Skaters will not be issued entry numbers.

Results
Winners will be posted and announced at an awards ceremony following the run.

Proceeds
Proceeds to KidsAbility serving local children with special needs and other Rotary Charities.

Tax receipts for pledges of $20 or more when accompanied by full address.

We encourage participants to turn in their sponsor money on race day.
